This is an independent consulting role with Our client, a top tier management consulting firm is looking to engage with a Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support GCC setup, expansion, transformation, or optimization initiatives
- Develop and assess GCC operating models and functional scope
- Support location strategy, transition, and service delivery initiatives
- Work with business and functional stakeholders to drive GCC transformation
- Develop analysis, recommendations, and implementation plans

Duration- 3 to 6 months Capacity- Full time

Location- anywhere in India (Willingness to travel within India as required)

Skills Required

- Experience in MBB
- Experience in GCC/GBS, Shared Services, Operating Model, or Transformation
- Exposure to GCC setup, transition, expansion, or optimization projects
- Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in a consulting or transformation setting preferred
