Role OverviewResponsible for leading the overall sales function, achieving business targets, driving dealership profitability, and ensuring strong customer experience across all sales outlets.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the overall sales operations across dealership outlets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
- Drive retail, wholesale, bookings, deliveries and market share growth.
- Monitor outlet-wise and model-wise performance and take corrective actions.
- Manage and motivate Sales Managers, Team Leaders and Sales Consultants.
- Set targets, review performance and ensure effective manpower productivity.
- Drive lead generation, lead management, conversion and customer retention.
- Monitor CRM/DMS performance, enquiry ageing, follow-ups and conversion ratios.




- Develop strategies for corporate sales, fleet sales, institutional sales and premium/CBU sales, wherever applicable.
- Analyse competitor activities, market trends, pricing and customer preferences.
- Work closely with Marketing, Finance, Service and Customer Relationship teams to improve overall business performance.
- Ensure optimum inventory management, ageing control and stock rotation.
- Drive customer satisfaction, complaint resolution and overall CSI/NPS improvement.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and prepare MIS and management reports.
- Ensure adherence to OEM/dealership processes, policies and compliance standards.
- Identify new business opportunities and support network/outlet expansion.
- Build robust relationships with key customers, corporates and business partners.
- Ensure achievement of revenue, profitability and contribution targets.
