Job Purpose To independently manage overall plant operations and ensure achievement of production, dispatch, quality, productivity, cost and operational targets while maintaining smooth and effective factory functioning.

Key Responsibilities1. Plant Operations & Administration

- Independently manage day-to-day factory operations and administration.
- Ensure smooth coordination between Production, Maintenance, Quality, Stores, Dispatch and other departments.
- Implement company policies, systems and operational procedures.

2. Production Planning & Dispatch
- Prepare and execute production plans as per customer requirements.
- Ensure achievement of monthly production and dispatch targets.
- Monitor production schedules, capacity utilization and material availability.
- Ensure timely dispatch of finished products.

3. Cost Control & Productivity
- Control manufacturing and operational costs.
- Identify opportunities for productivity improvement and waste reduction.
- Monitor manpower, material, energy and other resource utilization.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives.

4. Plant Maintenance
- Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery and equipment.
- Minimize machine downtime and improve equipment availability.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for timely resolution of technical issues.

Quality Assurance & Quality Control
- Ensure compliance with defined quality standards and specifications.
- Coordinate with QA/QC teams to reduce rejection, rework and customer complaints.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions wherever required.

6. Technical Development & Process Improvement
- Drive process improvement and technical development initiatives.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement effective solutions.
- Improve manufacturing processes, efficiency and product quality.
- Support development of new products/processes wherever required.

7. Team & Performance Management
- Lead and develop plant-level teams.
- Set operational targets and monitor departmental performance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure accountability.

Candidate Profile
- Graduate / Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical, Chemical, Production or relevant engineering discipline preferred.
- 15–20 years of overall experience, with at least 5 years in a production/operations role in a process industry.
- Strong knowledge of production, maintenance, QA/QC, dispatch and plant administration.
- Proven ability to independently manage complete factory operations.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Experience in cost control, productivity improvement and process optimization will be preferred.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
