Role & responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager Projects to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale residential high-rise apartment projects. The incumbent will be responsible for end-to-end project management, ensuring timely completion, quality standards, budget adherence, statutory compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee multiple residential high-rise apartment projects from inception to handover.
- Develop project execution strategies, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Monitor project progress to ensure delivery within timelines and approved budgets.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with local building regulations, statutory approvals, safety norms, and quality standards.
- Drive project planning, procurement, construction,



and commissioning activities.
- Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Lead project review meetings and provide regular progress reports to senior management.
- Optimize construction methodologies to improve productivity and cost efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to quality management systems and HSE (Health, Safety & Workplace) standards.
- Resolve technical and commercial issues arising during project execution.
- Build and mentor high-performing project teams.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, CRM, finance, procurement, and legal departments for seamless project execution.
- Manage vendor and contractor performance through effective evaluation and control mechanisms.
