We are hiring for General Manager / Business Head - Electrical Panel Manufacturer for our renowned client into Manufacturing Of All Kinds Of P.C.C.s, M.C.C.s, P.M.C.C.s, And Complex Control Panels.
The responsibilities for the General Manager / Business Head - Electrical Panel Manufacturer are
- Manage Profit & Loss for the Electrical Panel Manufacturing business.
- Drive top-line revenue and profitability, manage annual budgets, and expand market share across infrastructure, industrial, and commercial projects
- Direct shop-floor manufacturing, assembly, and integration processes for PCC, MCC panels. Ensure strict adherence to production timelines and dispatch schedules.
- Lead technical commercial discussions,
high-value contract negotiations, and strategic tie-ups with EPC contractors, builders, and industrial clients
- Enforce strict adherence to national and international electrical standards (e.g., IEC, IS, IEEE). Oversee routine and type-testing protocols before panel dispatch.
- Coordinate internal workflows between sales, design engineering, shop-floor production, procurement, and quality control teams
Preferred candidate profile
- Candidate must have Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering (MBA in Operations or General Management is a solid advantage)
- Candidates available for early joining would be preferred.
