Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced General HR to lead end-to-end HR operations, workforce management, employee relations and statutory compliance for a large, geographically distributed workforce.

Mandatory industry experience: Cash Management + Facility Management + Logistics.

The role is based in Mumbai and is strictly Work From Office. Candidates currently based outside Mumbai must be willing to relocate.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead overall General HR & HR Operations across multiple locations.
- Develop and implement HR policies, processes and SOPs.
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle including onboarding, transfers, promotions and exits.
- Lead manpower planning, workforce deployment and recruitment strategies.
- Drive employee engagement, retention and Rewards & Recognition initiatives.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters and employee relations.
- Manage performance appraisal, goal setting and performance improvement processes.




- Drive succession planning, leadership development and career progression.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Handle CLRA, BOCW, PSARA, PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus and Minimum Wages.
- Manage statutory audits, inspections and compliance reporting.
- Monitor HR MIS, attrition, absenteeism, manpower productivity and recruitment TAT.
- Drive HR automation, HRIS, payroll and attendance management.
- Partner with senior management and business heads on HR strategy and workforce requirements.
- Lead organizational development, change management and culture-building initiatives.
- Manage and mentor the HR team.

Candidate Profile

- MBA / PGDM in HR / Personnel Management or equivalent.
- 18+ years of experience in General HR / HR Operations / Strategic HR.
- Mandatory experience in Cash Management, Facility Management and Logistics industries.
- Experience managing a large-scale and multi-location workforce.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance and employee relations.
- Solid leadership, communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
- Male Candidate Mandatory.
- Must be willing to relocate to Mumbai.
- Work From Office – Mumbai.
