Role Description The Fx CFD Business Associate is a full-time remote role responsible for supporting and growing business activities within the Forex and CFD segment. This role involves engaging with prospective and existing partners, introducing brokers, and trading academies to explain product offerings, business models, and revenue-sharing structures.

The Business





Associate will coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, assist in setting up trading and CRM solutions, and help address operational and technical queries. Daily tasks include conducting market and partner research, preparing presentations and proposals, maintaining accurate records of partner interactions, and tracking performance metrics. The role also includes contributing to marketing and outreach efforts, participating in webinars or online events, and proactively identifying opportunities to expand the partner network.

Qualifications

- Strong understanding of Forex, CFD, and crypto markets, including basic trading concepts and brokerage operations.
- Experience in business development, account management, or partnership management within financial services or fintech.
- Ability to conduct structured market and competitor research and translate findings into actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex offerings clearly and professionally.
- Comfort with digital tools, trading platforms, CRMs, and remote collaboration technologies.
- Demonstrated organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple partner relationships simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently in a remote environment, and driven by measurable growth and revenue targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Prior experience in fintech, brokerage, or online trading education is highly beneficial.
- Willingness to work across international time zones and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving business environment.****
