Role Summary:

Looking for an experienced Functional Test Lead with solid Healthcare domain expertise to lead end-to-end testing across healthcare applications and platforms. The role involves test strategy, team leadership, SIT/UAT/regression testing, defect management, stakeholder coordination, and healthcare compliance. Functional_Test_Lead_Healthcare

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead functional, system, integration, regression, SIT and UAT testing.
- Define test strategy, test plans, scenarios and execution approach.
- Lead and mentor QA/test teams.
- Review requirements, functional specifications and user stories.
- Manage defect triage, reporting and risk mitigation.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, Product Owners, developers and PMs.

Experience in Payer/Provider/Life Sciences, with knowledge of Claims, Enrollment, Benefits, Provider Management, Member Management, Care Management, EHR/EMR, HIPAA and PHI/PII. Knowledge of HL7, FHIR, ICD-10 and CPT is preferred. Functional_Test_Lead_Healthcare

Preferred Skills:

Jira/Azure DevOps/ALM, API Testing (Postman/SOAP UI), test automation exposure, cloud-based healthcare platforms, and relevant QA/Healthcare certifications. Functional_Test_Lead_Healthcare

Ideal Candidate:

8–12+ years in QA/testing with 3+ years in test leadership, strong healthcare domain knowledge, hands-on functional/SIT/UAT experience, and excellent leadership and stakeholder-management skills.
