Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as the General Manager for Machining Operations located in Coimbatore. The chosen candidate will be responsible for overseeing all production-related activities. They will ensure that production goals are met while maintaining strict quality control standards, managing the team, and ensuring safe and efficient operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- At least 25+ years of experience in machining operations, with at least 10 years in a managerial role
- Robust knowledge of machining processes, equipment, and technology
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles, process improvement, and quality control
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience managing a team
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting
