Role Description The Functional Sales Executive – E-commerce will be responsible for driving sales and client acquisitions for Nugget.ai’s solutions within the e-commerce sector. This full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad involves identifying prospects, conducting product demonstrations, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. The role includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements, tailoring solutions to e-commerce use cases, and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.

The Functional Sales

Executive will also analyze sales performance, prepare reports, and provide feedback to improve product positioning, while representing Nugget.ai at industry events and meetings as needed.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and deal closing in B2B or SaaS within E Commerce environments.
- Experience working with e-commerce platforms,



online retail operations, or digital marketplaces, with the ability to understand functional and process requirements.
- Proficiency in client relationship management, including needs analysis, solution presentation, and post-sale account support.
- Comfort with data-driven decision-making, including basic sales analytics, forecasting, and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, collaborate with diverse teams, and manage priorities in a rapid-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field; relevant experience in SaaS, HR tech, or AI solutions is an advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and productivity software, and an interest in AI-driven talent management solutions.
