Role Description The Full Stack Engineer will design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications that power the LawyerLinked platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing responsive user interfaces, building and optimizing server-side logic and APIs, integrating databases, and ensuring secure, scalable application performance. The role involves collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate requirements into high-quality features, debugging and resolving issues, writing clean and testable code, and participating in code reviews.

This is a full-time, in office role based in Kochi,



requiring active engagement with the local team and participation in sprint planning and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Front-End Development and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) to build responsive, accessible user interfaces.
- Candidates should possess solid Back-End Web Development and Software Development skills to design APIs, manage databases, and implement business logic.
- Candidates should possess Full-Stack Development capabilities to integrate front-end and back-end components into cohesive, reliable applications.
- Candidates should have proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks (such as JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, or similar), along with experience using RESTful APIs.
- Candidates should demonstrate familiarity with version control (e.g., Git), testing practices, and basic DevOps concepts such as deployment pipelines and monitoring.
- Candidates should have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team-based, on-site environment.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
