Role Description The Full Stack Developer | EdTech role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The developer will design, build, and maintain web applications and platforms that support AR GLOBAL HUB’s student services and digital education tools.

Day-to-day responsibilities include developing front-end interfaces and back-end services, integrating databases and APIs, optimizing application performance, and ensuring secure, scalable architectures. The role also involves collaborating with counseling, admissions, and marketing teams to translate business needs into technical solutions, troubleshooting issues,



writing clean and testable code, and contributing to continuous improvement of the company’s EdTech ecosystem.

Qualifications

- Robust front-end development skills, ideally in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (such as React, Angular, or Vue).
- Solid back-end development skills using languages and frameworks like Node.js, Python/Django, or Java/Spring, with experience building RESTful APIs.
- Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (for example, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and basic data modeling.
- Knowledge of version control, testing, and deployment tools (such as Git, automated testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms).
- Understanding of web security, performance optimization, and responsive design principles.
- Ability to gather requirements, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Previous experience in EdTech or building user-centric platforms for education, counseling, or student services is an advantage.
