About Us

Salaams Kailas is a residential facility for women offering a secure, comfortable, and well-managed living environment. We are looking for a responsible and friendly Front Office Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our residents and visitors.

Role Overview The Front Office Receptionist will manage the reception desk, handle enquiries, assist residents and visitors, and ensure smooth day-to-day front office operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, polite, and service-oriented.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet visitors, residents, and guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer incoming phone calls, provide information,



and direct enquiries appropriately.
- Maintain all front office registers and records accurately.
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, and documentation for residents.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry and updating logs.
- Provide excellent customer service

Qualifications

- Education: Plus Two (12th pass) or any basic degree.
- Computer Knowledge: Must be able to use email, basic office tools, and maintain digital/physical registers.
- Good communication skills in Malayalam; basic English communication is an advantage.
- Pleasant personality, patience, and a customer-friendly approach.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferable but not mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹8,500.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
