- Work Mode: Work from Office
- Working Days: 5 days a week
- Shifts: 24/7 Rotational Shifts & Week-offs
- Experience: Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply
- Freshers: Preferred
- Education: Graduate
- French Proficiency: B2 level or above
- Salary: As per candidate expectations and experience; negotiable

? Key Responsibilities
- Provide IT Service Desk support to end-users.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Record, track, and escalate support tickets.
- Support IT onboarding activities.




- Collaborate with internal IT teams on testing, integration, and maintenance.
- Identify opportunities for process and technology improvements.
- Work effectively with global stakeholders and multicultural teams.
