We are looking for a French or Spanish Language Specialist with excellent communication skills to manage client interactions and provide effective customer support.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate with clients in French or Spanish and English.

Handle incoming calls and client queries professionally.

Understand and resolve client issues and provide appropriate solutions.

Explain company products, services, and related information clearly to clients.

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.

Maintain good relationships with clients and ensure timely follow-up.

Accurately record client interactions, queries, and resolutions.

Requirements

Good verbal and written communication skills in French or Spanish.

Positive English communication skills.

Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills.

Ability to confidently handle client calls and explain product information.

Candidates with customer service, international client handling, or language-support experience will be preferred.

Education

Any graduate; relevant language certification will be an advantage.ities
