ClearDoc Logistics LLC is hiring a Freight Dispatcher / Freight Broker (1+ year experience) for our on-site team.

The Role

You'll manage day-to-day load movement while building strong relationships with direct shippers and carriers (owner-operators and truck drivers).

What You'll Do

- Find and book loads using load boards and direct shipper relationships
- Negotiate competitive rates with shippers, brokers, and carriers
- Dispatch trucks and track shipments from pickup to delivery
- Stay in touch with drivers and resolve delays or issues quickly
- Reach out to direct shippers and onboard new carriers
- Handle rate confirmations, BOLs, and PODs
- Keep accurate records and update customers and drivers on time

What We're Looking For

- 1+ year of experience in freight brokerage or truck dispatching
- Strong communication and negotiation skills




- Sales-minded, comfortable with cold calling and building relationships
- Knowledge of load boards (DAT, Truckstop) and basic TMS tools
- Good understanding of US freight lanes, equipment types, and rate trends
- Calm, organized, and responsive in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working on-site
- Fluent English, spoken and written

Nice to Have

- Experience with direct shippers
- Existing carrier or shipper contacts
- Familiarity with FMCSA regulations and carrier vetting
