1. Handle inbound calls from customers; no cold calling is required.
2. Promote and sell travel products, including flights, hotels, holiday packages, and tours.
3. Understand customers’ travel requirements and recommend suitable travel options based on their preferences and budget.
4. Assist customers with new bookings, booking modifications, cancellations, and general travel-related queries.
5. Maintain accurate and updated customer records and booking details in the system.
6. Provide high-quality customer service throughout the booking process.
7. Conduct timely follow-ups with customers to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience.
8. Achieve assigned sales and customer service targets while maintaining service quality.
9. Coordinate with relevant internal teams to resolve customer concerns and ensure smooth execution of bookings.
