We’re looking for Clippers who can create, publish and consistently deliver short-form content.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Receive long-form/source content from CLIP8 campaigns.
- Find engaging moments and turn them into engaging Reels/Shorts/TikToks.
- Edit using CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN or similar tools.
- Follow campaign guidelines, hooks and CTAs.
- Publish content on your social media accounts.
- Submit post links/proof to CLIP8.
- Track performance and improve your content.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- You already understand short-form content.
- You can edit independently.
- You can consistently create and publish content.
- You follow instructions and deadlines.
- You don't need constant supervision.
- You're willing to experiment and improve.
- Beginners are welcome if you can demonstrate your ability.

This is NOT a traditional video-editing job.

You are not simply editing videos for a client. You will be responsible for creating + publishing + delivering content.

This is performance-based work. There is no guaranteed salary or fixed payment for joining. Campaign payout terms will be shared before you participate.
