Key Responsibilities:
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance products.
- Explain policy details: coverage, benefits, premium, tenure, and claim process.
- Generate leads through calling, referrals, and follow-ups.
- Convert leads into sales by providing proper guidance and product knowledge.
- Maintain solid customer relationships for renewals and cross-selling.
- Ensure proper documentation and policy issuance as per company guidelines.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain productivity metrics.
- Update customer records and maintain accurate data in CRM.
Skills & Requirements:
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of insurance (Health).
• Customer-focused approach with the ability to understand needs.
• Good computer skills (Excel, CRM).
• Language-Specific Outreach: Connect with potential customers in their native language (Hindi, English) to build trust and rapport.
