French Language Teacher: the role
We are looking for a qualified and experienced French language teacher to take students from beginner (A1) to upper-intermediate (B2). As a French language teacher, you will build your students' listening, reading, speaking and writing through structured and engaging online sessions, with the TEF Canada exam as the goal.
Key responsibilities
- Teach French language classes online, in individual and group sessions
- Prepare students for the TEF Canada exam modules
- Deliver demo sessions to prospective students
- Track student progress across levels and provide feedback
- Use Google Meet, Docs, Sheets and Drive for class delivery
What a French Language Teacher needs
- DELF B1 or B2, or DALF C1 certification (minimum B1 required)
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of language teaching experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in TEF Canada or TCF Canada preparation preferred
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with online teaching platforms
