Yuktha Innovation Private Limited is looking for enthusiastic FPGA Hardware & RTL Design Interns interested in gaining hands-on experience in the development of FPGA-based high-speed digital systems for Radar, Electronic Warfare and Defence Electronics applications.

The intern will work on both FPGA hardware interfaces and RTL/FPGA development, including high-speed ADC/DAC interfaces, digital signal processing and high-speed data communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and simulate RTL modules using Verilog / SystemVerilog / VHDL.
- Work with AMD/Xilinx and Intel/Altera FPGA platforms.
- Support FPGA design, synthesis, implementation, timing analysis and debugging.
- Work on interfaces for High-Speed ADC/DAC and data acquisition systems.
- Develop and integrate FPGA modules for FFT, FIR filters, DDC/DUC and other DSP functions.
- Work with interfaces such as 10 Gigabit Ethernet, AXI, SPI, I2C, UART and high-speed serial links.
- Support FPGA board bring-up, clocking, reset architecture and hardware debugging.
- Perform FPGA testing and debugging using tools such as ILA and SignalTap.
- Support hardware-software integration and system-level testing.

Skills Required
- Good understanding of Digital Electronics and FPGA architecture.
- Basic knowledge of Verilog / SystemVerilog / VHDL.
- Understanding of ADC/DAC,



sampling concepts and digital signal processing.
- Familiarity with AMD/Xilinx Vivado/Vitis or Intel Quartus Prime is preferred.
- Knowledge of FFT, FIR filters and DSP concepts will be an advantage.
- Exposure to High-Speed ADC/DAC, JESD204B/C, Ethernet or high-speed serial interfaces will be an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of electronic hardware, schematics and test equipment is desirable.
- Positive analytical, debugging and problem-solving skills.

Qualification B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech – Electronics & Communication Engineering / Electrical & Electronics Engineering / Electronics Engineering or related disciplines.

Final-year students and recent graduates with strong interest or academic/project experience in FPGA, RTL Design, Digital Electronics or DSP are encouraged to apply.
