About the Role

We are looking for a Founding Studio Head to build and lead our creative production studio from the ground up.

This is a leadership role for someone who understands film, advertising, digital content, creative production, and emerging technologies and can combine creative vision with strong execution.

You will be responsible for setting up the studio, building the right team and production ecosystem, delivering high-quality content, and introducing new technologies and AI-enabled workflows that make production faster, smarter, and more scalable.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and establish the creative studio, including its production processes, team structure, workflows, and vendor ecosystem.
- Recruit, manage, and mentor a strong team of creative, production, design, video, editing, animation, and technology professionals.

• Lead the complete content production lifecycle from concept and scripting to shoot, post-production, and final delivery .

• Produce high-quality content across films, advertisements, digital campaigns, branded content, educational content, social media, and other formats .

- Work closely with the Founder & CEO to translate business and brand objectives into strong creative ideas and productions.
- Develop the studio's visual and creative standards and ensure consistency across all output.
- Manage production schedules, budgets, resources, equipment, freelancers, agencies, and external production partners.

• Introduce and implement AI, virtual production, automation, generative media, and other emerging technologies wherever they can improve creative quality or production efficiency.

- Create scalable systems that allow multiple projects to run simultaneously without compromising quality.
- Identify new creative formats, technologies, tools,



and production opportunities.
- Take ownership of timelines, budgets, quality control, and final delivery of projects.
- Build a strong culture of experimentation, creativity, accountability, and execution within the studio.

What We Are Looking For

• Robust experience in creative production, filmmaking, advertising, digital content, media, or studio leadership .

- Proven experience managing end-to-end video or content production.
- Strong understanding of direction, cinematography, editing, post-production, design, storytelling, and digital media.
- Experience building or managing creative and production teams.
- Ability to convert an idea or brief into a professionally executed final product.
- Strong network of production professionals, agencies, freelancers, creators, and vendors is an advantage.
- Comfortable managing budgets, deadlines, multiple projects, and production teams simultaneously.

• Strong interest in AI-powered content creation and emerging creative technologies .

- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build systems from scratch rather than simply operate within an existing structure.
- Excellent communication, leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
