FP&A; Executive – Financial Planning & Analytics

MANDATORY EXCEL CRITERIA — PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING

Candidates must have very good practical and hands-on knowledge of MS Excel and must be able to work independently without assistance.

Strong knowledge of the following is mandatory:

- Pivot Tables
- VLOOKUP
- Excel formulas
- Data analysis
- Data reconciliation
- MIS and reporting

Freshers can apply, but they must have strong practical Excel skills and be confident performing Excel tasks independently.

Job Overview

We are looking for an FP&A; Executive to support budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, reporting, cost tracking, and variance analysis activities for our client, TransUnion CIBIL.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle budget checks and approvals for CAPEX and OPEX at different stages of the expenditure lifecycle.
- Support budgeting and cost forecasting cycles.
- Regularly track Tableau applications, including data management, data loads, and reconciliations.
- Coordinate with different functions for budget and forecast cost collection.




- Support internal and US reporting, MIS preparation, and ad-hoc financial analysis.
- Track individual cost lines, including resource costs.
- Conduct variance analysis and coordinate with stakeholders to understand reasons for cost gaps.
- Support FP&A; audits.
- Assist with month-end closure, day-book review, accounting queries, and variance analysis.
- Assist in creating process SOPs.
- Perform other responsibilities assigned by the immediate senior, FP&A; Head, or CFO.

Eligibility

- Freshers can apply.
- Candidates with experience in FP&A;, Finance, Accounting, MIS, or Financial Analysis can apply.
- Solid practical Excel knowledge is mandatory.
- Candidates must be comfortable handling Excel independently.

Work Schedule

- Strictly Work From Office (WFO).
- Work From Home or Hybrid arrangements will not be accepted.
- 2nd and 4th Saturdays will be off.
- Other Saturdays may be working depending on client requirements and management approval.

Salary ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 In-Hand per month, depending on skills and experience.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
