We are looking for a sharp, logically sound, and numbers-driven Associate to work directly with the Founder. In this role, you will sit at the intersection of commercial operations, product costing, and process automation.

Key Responsibilities

BOM Costing & Quotation Tools:

- Build, streamline, and maintain a standardized Level-1 Costing tool/form so inputting a new BOM instantly pulls from the backend master rate database to output a ready quotation.
- Take raw Bills of Materials (BOMs) from R&D;, compute unit-level production costs (raw materials, packaging materials, process scrap/yield losses, conversion overheads, and margins), and deliver accurate pricing sheets to the Business Development team.
- Calculate theoretical Nutritional Information (energy, protein, carbs, fats, added sugars, moisture loss adjustments) per 100g and per serving using raw material technical data sheets and recipe percentages.

Data Entry Forms & Management Dashboards:

- Create structured forms (web forms, Google Sheets/AppSheet, or simple browser-based tools) for operational teams to submit data seamlessly.
- Structure backend databases/tables cleanly and set up agile review dashboards (using Power BI, Excel/VBA, or browser tools—using AI tools to accelerate build-out).
- Daily MIS & Operations Support:
- Oversee routine operational MIS reports, identify data discrepancies, and coordinate cross-departmental follow-ups directly on behalf of the Founder.

Key Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field (Engineering,



Commerce, Mathematics, Statistics, Science, or Computer Applications). Freshers with high aptitude are welcome to apply.
- Logical & Structured Thinking: Clear understanding of how relational tables, data masters, and lookup logic work together.
- Math & Commercial Arithmetic: Comfortable with unit conversions (grams, kilograms, metric tons, percentages, moisture loss) and business margins.
- Excel / Spreadsheet Mastery: Strong hands-on command of formulas (XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, SUMIFS, conditional logic) and dashboard design.
- Tech-Resourceful & AI-Savvy: You don't need a computer science degree, but you must know how to leverage AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) to generate scripts, automate repetitive tasks, build front-end forms, and solve spreadsheet/coding bottlenecks.
- Mindset: High ownership, meticulous attention to detail, proactive, and curious.

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
