Founder's Office- Marketing & Operations

Location: Gurgaon | Full-time | Work from Office

Experience: 0–2 years | Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000/month

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive person to work closely with the Founder and become part of the execution engine at My1Hour, a growing fitness & wellness startup.

You will work across operations, programs, marketing and social media, with significant ownership and exposure to the business.

What You'll do:

- Oversee execution of My1Hour’s programs and initiatives
- Coordinate day-to-day operations and team follow-ups
- Manage social media across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook & YouTube
- Maintain the content calendar and coordinate with designer's/video editors
- Manage print & offline marketing requirements
- Support events, partnerships and new initiatives




- Work directly with the Founder on special projects and business priorities

Who we're looking for:

- 0–2 years of experience
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Proactive, dependable and comfortable taking ownership
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Valuable understanding of social media and basic digital tools
- Based in Gurgaon and comfortable working from office
- Someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced startup and getting things done
