Position: Franchise Sales Associate

Location: Gurgaon, Haryana

Employment: Full-Time

Working Days: 6 Days/Week

Shift: General Shift

Experience: Minimum 2 to Maximum 5 years in Franchise Sales

Compensation: Attractive Incentive Structure (Target-Based)

Key Responsibilities

Generate, qualify, and convert franchise leads into confirmed sales.

Present franchise opportunities, business models, investment details, and commercial terms to prospective investors.

Conduct regular follow-ups and build strong, long-term relationships with franchise prospects.

Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise sales targets.

Maintain accurate lead and sales records and regularly update CRM systems.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth franchise onboarding process.

Maintain a professional, confident,



and consultative approach during client interactions.

Candidate Requirements

2–5 years of proven experience in Franchise Sales is mandatory.

Graduate in any discipline.

Solid communication and negotiation skills in Hindi and English.

Good understanding of the franchise sales process and investor handling.

Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented.

Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills.

Presentable and confident in client interactions.

Should be available for full-time employment.
