? WE ARE HIRING: Food Technologist – QA/QC (Fresh Produce)

Shreenath Agro Tech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Food Technologist – QA/QC (Fresh Produce) to join our team in Pune! Join our mission to deliver safe, healthy, and high-quality exotic vegetables to the world.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and maintain food quality and safety standards across all operations.
- Develop and implement SOPs, quality procedures, and food safety practices.
- Conduct quality inspections of incoming raw materials and finished produce.
- Monitor washing, grading, sorting, processing, and packaging activities.
- Ensure proper storage, temperature control, and hygiene standards.
- Conduct regular quality checks and monitor shelf life.
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, GMP, and food safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate quality records, inspection reports, and documentation.
- Investigate quality complaints and implement Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Coordinate with external laboratories for product and food testing.
- Support process improvements, recent product development, and packaging updates.
- Collaborate closely with procurement, production, warehouse, and operations teams.





Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: B.Tech / M.Tech / B.Sc / M.Sc in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–5 years of relevant experience in fresh produce, food processing, FMCG, or food quality assurance.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of FSSAI, HACCP, GMP, and food safety systems.
- Skills: Strong analytical thinking, excellent documentation habits, and effective communication skills.
