Job Title

- Food and Beverage Instructor

Experience - 8 to 10 yrs Role Description The Food and Beverage Instructor will engage on taking F&B; Classes for IIHM Goa and also to oversee day-to-day food and beverage operations, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and guest satisfaction at the Goa campus.

Responsibilities include coordinating food service activities, supporting culinary teams, monitoring hygiene and safety standards, and assisting in menu planning and presentation. The role involves interacting with guests and students, handling feedback,



and promoting a professional and welcoming dining environment. The specialist will collaborate with academic and operations teams to support practical training sessions and events related to food and beverage service.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Goa, India.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Food Service and Food & Beverage operations skills.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Communication skills.
- Candidates should possess solid Culinary Skills and basic knowledge of food preparation and presentation.
- Candidates should possess an understanding of food safety, hygiene, and quality control standards.
- Diploma or degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in food and beverage roles within hotels, restaurants, or hospitality institutions is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and manage time and tasks efficiently.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or events, as required by campus operations.
