Escape Story is being built by a team with 12+ years of combined experience crafting travel experiences for people.

Now we’re building the brand from scratch, and we want a few young people involved from day one.

Not looking for someone with 3 years of experience.

You’re in college. You’re supposed to be figuring things out.

But if you

- Know your way around Canva, Figma or Adobe
- Can edit a decent Reel on CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro or similar
- Spend an unhealthy amount of time on Instagram and actually notice what works
- Have opinions about content
- Know positive design when you see it
- Like travel, writing, design, photography or video
- Want to see how a startup is built from zero
- Can take feedback without taking it personally
- Can work independently and figure things out
- And most importantly, finish what you start

What you'll actually do

You’ll work directly with the founders and be an individual contributor from day one.

You’ll help us build how Escape Story looks, feels and sounds online.

That means

- Designing social media posts, carousels, presentations and marketing material
- Creating and editing Reels and other short-form content
- Writing captions and social copy
- Helping plan and execute content calendars
- Coming up with content ideas and creative concepts
- Looking at what’s working and figuring out why
- Helping tell stories around destinations, experiences and travel




- Occasionally helping with the not-so-glamorous coordination work that comes with building a company

You won’t just be handed a brief and asked to make it pretty. We want you to have opinions.

You’ll get context, a problem and a deadline. Then we expect you to figure out how to get from there to something good.

Some ideas will work.

Some will flop spectacularly.

Both are part of the job.

Here's the honest part

This is a paid internship. ₹5,000/month.

It’s a small team, an early-stage company and a lot of figuring things out.

We’re not handing you a playbook and asking you to follow it. We’re building Escape Story from zero, in real time, and you’ll be part of that process.

You’ll work closely with the founders, see how decisions are made, get feedback on your work, and actually see things you create go live.

What we can offer is mentorship, real responsibility, portfolio-worthy work, and a front-row seat to building a travel company from scratch with people who have spent years in the industry.
