Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and attend to guests in a polite and professional manner.

- Assist in taking food and beverage orders and serving guests.

- Set up tables, restaurant areas, and banquet functions.

- Ensure proper placement of cutlery, crockery, glassware, and service equipment.

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant and service areas.

- Coordinate with the kitchen for timely food and beverage service.

- Clear and reset tables after guest service.

- Assist in buffet setup, replenishment, and clearing.

- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and inform the supervisor when required.

- Follow hotel SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and safety standards.

- Assist with stock checking and proper handling of F&B; equipment.





- Perform other duties assigned by the F&B; Supervisor or Manager.

Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 10th/12th pass; hotel management qualification preferred.

- Freshers can apply;

experience in a hotel/restaurant is an advantage.

- Good communication and customer-service skills.

- Pleasant personality and positive attitude.

- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

- Positive grooming and personal hygiene.

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
