Role Description - F&B; Captain

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver excellent guest service and ensure a seamless dining experience.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Recommend menu items and drive revenue through suggestive upselling.




- Possess good knowledge of alcoholic beverages, spirits, wines, beers, and cocktails.
- Take accurate orders and coordinate efficiently with kitchen and bar teams.
- Maintain service standards, grooming, hygiene, and restaurant presentation.
- Handle guest queries and feedback professionally.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of F&B; service experience.
- Degree or diploma in Hotel Management preferred.
- Excellent communication and guest-handling skills.
- Strong upselling abilities and knowledge of alcoholic beverages.
- Valuable order-taking and POS skills.
- Professional grooming, positive attitude, and a passion for hospitality.
