Tantashala is looking for a responsible and customer-focused Floor Manager to manage the day-to-day activities of our retail store.

The candidate will be responsible for managing the sales team, assisting customers, achieving sales targets and ensuring smooth store operations.

Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise the sales team on the store floor.
- Allocate daily tasks and monitor staff performance.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Assist customers and ensure a valuable shopping experience.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues.
- Monitor product display, cleanliness and store discipline.
- Ensure products are properly arranged, tagged and displayed.
- Coordinate with the billing and inventory teams.
- Monitor stock availability and report shortages.
- Maintain daily sales and staff performance reports.
- Collect customer feedback and support customer follow-ups.
- Conduct daily team briefings and communicate sales targets.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
