Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage patient flow on the floor, ensuring productive utilization of resources.

- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless patient care and satisfaction.

- Handle patient grievances and concerns in a professional manner, resolving issues promptly.

- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes.

- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-6 years of experience in hospital management or related field (preferably NABH accredited).

- Strong understanding of healthcare operations, patient care principles, and hospital administration practices.

- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, doctors, nurses, etc.
