About the Role

We are looking for an experienced ITI Fitter to join our Utilities Maintenance team at our OEM plant in Khopoli.

The candidate will be responsible for preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, inspection and servicing of mechanical utility equipment to ensure smooth and reliable plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Carry out preventive & breakdown maintenance of utility equipment.
- Maintenance of pumps, compressors, valves, pipelines, cooling towers, HVAC-related equipment and other utility systems.
- Support maintenance of water, compressed air, steam, cooling, fuel/gas and wastewater treatment systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment, including bearings, seals, couplings, belts, valves, etc.
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and identify potential failures.
- Perform basic pipe fitting, fabrication, alignment and installation work.




- Maintain maintenance records and follow preventive maintenance schedules.
- Follow plant safety and PPE procedures.

Candidate Requirements

- ITI – Fitter qualification is mandatory.
- 5–10 years of relevant industrial maintenance experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in mechanical maintenance.
- Experience in utility maintenance will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of pumps, compressors, valves, piping and mechanical equipment.
- Experience in OEM / manufacturing plants preferred.
- Willingness to work on the shop floor and attend breakdown/emergency maintenance.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period preferred.
