Fitting & Assembly: Align, position, clamp, and fit up structural components or pipe joints to exact tolerances using squares, levels, wedges, and alignment clamps before final welding.
Tack Welding & Fit Inspection: Perform tack welds to hold assemblies securely; inspect root gaps, joint alignment, and dimensions prior to the root pass.
