? Working: 5 Days + Alternate Saturday WFH

We are looking for a detail-oriented Formulation Specialist / R&D; Professional with strong hands-on experience in toothpaste formulation and end-to-end Current Product Development (NPD).

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develop and optimize toothpaste formulations, including gel & paste variants, whitening, sensitive and restoration products.
- Handle the complete formulation process from concept, lab trials and pilot trials to scale-up.
- Optimize formulations for efficacy, stability, performance and cost.
- Conduct ingredient compatibility and stability studies.
- Evaluate raw materials based on performance, safety and cost.
- Collaborate with QC, production, suppliers and cross-functional teams.
- Develop testing protocols for abrasivity, foaming, antimicrobial properties, etc.
- Troubleshoot formulation and production-related issues.

? REQUIREMENTS:





- Master’s / Ph.D. in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field.
- 3–5+ years of experience in Formulation R&D; / New Product Development.
- Strong expertise in toothpaste formulation, especially gel & paste.
- Knowledge of surfactants, flavors, humectants, abrasives and active ingredients.
- Understanding of microbiological/clinical testing, rheology and stability testing.
- Prior Team Lead / team-handling experience preferred.
- Candidates from Personal Care, Cosmetics, FMCG or Oral Care industries can be considered.
- Knowledge of PHP required.
- Candidates from ICT, Rajiv Gandhi Institute and similar reputed institutes preferred.

? IDEAL CANDIDATE:

A professional who can independently manage end-to-end toothpaste formulation & NPD, from formulation development and testing to scale-up and commercialization.
