Role Description The Flight Attendant role at Go Elite Modelling Agency is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, working with private charter airlines and luxury hospitality partners.

The Flight

Attendant will provide exceptional in-flight customer service, ensuring passenger comfort, safety, and well-being throughout each journey. Daily responsibilities include conducting safety demonstrations, overseeing boarding and deplaning procedures, managing cabin preparation, and coordinating with the cockpit crew and ground staff. The role also involves delivering premium service experiences, including personalized guest interactions, food and beverage service,



and handling special requests while maintaining a polished and professional appearance.

The Flight

Attendant is expected to follow all aviation regulations, respond calmly to emergencies, and represent the agency’s high standards of elegance and customer care on every flight.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Flight Attendant and Aviation skills, including familiarity with safety protocols, emergency procedures, and regulatory compliance.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal communication, active listening, and the ability to engage with a diverse, international clientele.
- Candidates should possess outstanding Customer Service skills, with a focus on empathy, problem-solving, and maintaining a courteous, professional attitude in all situations.
- Candidates should possess practical knowledge related to Aircraft operations in the cabin, including safety equipment use, cabin preparation, and passenger briefings.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include prior experience in premium or VIP aviation, hospitality, or luxury service environments; proficiency in multiple languages; and robust interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Relevant certifications in aviation safety, first aid, CPR, or cabin crew training, along with the ability to meet any airline-specific security and medical requirements, are highly advantageous.
