- Develop, implement, and regularly update fire safety plans and emergency response procedures.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance checks of fire protection systems, including extinguishers, hydrants, alarms, sprinklers, and spill kits.
- Monitor high-risk activities such as hot work, confined space entry, and work at height to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Maintain accurate safety documentation, including permits, inspection logs, and compliance records.
- Perform safety audits, identify non-compliance issues, and ensure timely corrective actions.
- Investigate accidents, fires, and near-miss incidents to determine root causes and prevent recurrence.
- Prepare detailed incident and investigation reports with actionable recommendations.
- Promote fire safety awareness and secure work practices through training and communication programs.
- Coordinate and lead emergency response teams during drills and actual incidents.
- Ensure availability, accessibility, and proper functioning of first aid and firefighting equipment.
- Oversee safe storage, labelling, handling, and disposal of hazardous materials.
- Inspect equipment, scaffolding, electrical systems, and infrastructure for safety compliance and defects.
- Conduct regular inspections of container handling equipment (RTGs, forklifts, trailers) to ensure operational safety.
- Liaise with operations, transport teams, and external agencies to ensure adherence to safety regulations and port compliance standards.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
