Role Description The Floor Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations across assigned areas of the mall, ensuring a smooth, safe, and welcoming experience for all visitors. This full-time, on-site role is based at LuLu Mall in Thiruvananthapuram and involves coordinating with retail tenants, housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams to maintain high service standards.

The Floor

Manager monitors customer flow, addresses guest queries and concerns, and ensures adherence to operational policies and procedures. Key tasks include supervising staff on the floor, scheduling and allocating duties,



supporting store-level promotions and events, and ensuring that health, safety, and cleanliness standards are consistently met. The role also involves tracking performance indicators, reporting issues to management, and continuously improving processes to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and a focus on Customer Satisfaction.
- Effective Communication skills for interacting with customers, tenants, and internal teams.
- Experience in Operations Management, preferably in retail, hospitality, or mall management.
- Ability to conduct Training and coaching for floor staff to maintain service and operational standards.
- Proven leadership and team supervision capabilities, with hands-on problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge of safety, security, and facility management practices is an advantage.
- Graduate degree in any discipline; a background in retail management, hospitality, or business is preferred.
- Prior experience in a similar role within malls, large-format retail, or hospitality will be highly beneficial.
