Job Title: Financial Analyst

Working Hours: 10 Hours per Day, 6 Days per Week

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst with a solid background in project-based cost control, budgeting, financial reporting, and financial analysis. The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of relevant experience across multiple business units, profit centers, and cost centers, along with mandatory proficiency in SAP/ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and control project costs to ensure effective utilization of financial resources.
- Prepare and monitor project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Forecast cash flows and provide accurate financial projections.
- Analyze financial data and provide data-driven insights to management for decision-making.
- Monitor actual expenditure against approved budgets and identify cost variances.
- Support management in cost optimization and financial planning.
- Ensure compliance with applicable financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.




- Maintain accurate and complete financial documentation and records.
- Support internal and external audits and ensure audit readiness.
- Coordinate with various business units, profit centers, and cost centers for financial reporting and analysis.
- Prepare periodic financial reports and management information as required.

Eligibility Criteria

- Experience: Minimum 10+ years of experience in project-based cost control, budgeting, financial reporting, and financial analysis.
- Experience working across multiple business units, profit centers, and cost centers.
- Proficiency in SAP/ERP systems is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of project cost management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Good analytical, reporting, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per month
