We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager for the Pre-cast Concrete Chimney Manufacturing Industry.

Required Candidate Profile

- Total Experience: Minimum 8+ Years
- Designation: Finance Manager
- Job Location: Erode & Chennai, Tamil Nadu
- Education: Any Degree
- Immediate Joiner Preferred
- Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, financial reporting, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in handling the complete Finance & Accounts function.

Roles & Responsibilities of Finance Manager:

- Manage overall finance and accounting operations.
- Prepare and review P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and MIS reports.
- Handle Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, GL and bank reconciliations.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and working capital.
- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS,



Income Tax, PF, ESI and other statutory requirements.
- Monitor expenses, costing, profitability and budget variances.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks and statutory authorities.
- Monitor vendor payments, customer collections and outstanding balances.
- Review financial transactions and maintain solid internal controls.
- Support management with financial analysis and business decisions.
- Supervise the finance/accounts team and ensure timely completion of activities.
- Ensure accurate, timely and compliant financial reporting.
