- Define and drive the financial strategies for business growth and profitability.

- Provide financial insights and recommendations to the CEO and Board of Directors.

- Strategize fundraising efforts, investor relations, and capital structuring/restructuring of the company.

- Drive cost optimization and financial efficiency of the company.

- Financial Planning & Analysis:

- Budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management.

- Design, analyse and institutionalize financial reports, business performance metrics, and market trends to support decision-making.

- Implement MIS reports to track business health.

- Risk Management & Compliance:

- Coordination with government authorities, up to date compliance with tax regulations, GST, corporate governance, and statutory requirements.

- Implement internal controls to prevent fraud,



financial misstatements, and inefficiencies.

- Fundraising & Investor Relations:

- Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, and investors to secure funding and optimize capital structure.

- Lead equity and debt financing strategies, including negotiations for loans and investment rounds.

- Operational Finance & Cost Control:
- Monitor project-based financial planning, cost analysis, and cash flow for real estate and hospitality ventures.

- Implement and drive financial discipline across procurement, supply chain, and vendor management.
