A family-owned manufacturing business, now in its second generation, hiring for its finance team. Decisions are quick, the owners are close to the work, and the team is about to get bigger. The manager owns month-end close, budgets and the reporting that management uses to run the business, and leads a small team. You would be running the monthly close, budgets and management reporting and leading a small finance team.
The brief is wider than the title suggests, and the first few weeks are about learning how things currently work before changing them.
What we are looking for
- 6 to 11 years in finance, budgeting and reporting
- CA, CMA or MBA (Finance)
- Experience running month-end close and management reporting
- Good knowledge of Indian accounting standards and tax compliance
- Strong Excel and ERP skills
