Role Description The Finance Manager will oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making for the business unit. This full-time, on-site role, based in the Mohali district, includes managing monthly and quarterly financial reports, monitoring cash flows, and ensuring compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements. The role involves partnering with cross-functional teams to review project financials, optimize costs, and track key performance indicators.
The Finance
Manager will also support audits, manage risk assessment and mitigation activities, and contribute to the development and implementation of financial policies and processes. Additionally, the role may include mentoring team members, improving reporting tools, and supporting continuous process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and transparency.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess solid skills in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Candidates should possess skills in financial reporting, management accounting, and variance analysis.
- Candidates should possess skills in compliance, internal controls, audit support, and risk management.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in Excel and financial modeling, along with familiarity with ERP or accounting systems.
- Candidates should possess strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
- Relevant professional qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business; CA, CMA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent are preferred.
- Prior experience in a finance leadership or managerial role, ideally within large organizations or diversified groups, is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in the Mohali district, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high ethical and professional standards is required.
