Role Description:

The Finance Executive - Trainee will work full time in office at the Rajkot location, supporting the finance team with day-to-day financial operations.

Responsibilities include assisting in the preparation and review of financial statements, maintaining accounting records, and supporting financial reporting activities. The role involves working with GST-related documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations,



and helping with reconciliations and basic analysis of financial data. The trainee will collaborate with senior finance staff to understand budgeting, cost control, and cash flow management, and will contribute to periodic audits and internal control processes.

This position is designed to provide practical exposure to corporate finance in an industrial and renewable energy-focused workplace.

Qualifications:

- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Finance and Financial Reporting.
- Person should possess skills in preparing and understanding Financial Statements.
- Ideal Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills for interpreting financial data and supporting decision-making.
- Candidates should possess working knowledge of Goods and Services Tax (GST) and related compliance requirements.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting software; familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and the ability to work with confidential information.
- Positive communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to learn quickly in a structured training environment.
