Le Fresh is building a neighborhood healthy kitchen that makes fresh, wholesome food accessible within minutes.

We’re looking for someone who loves being on the ground, meeting customers and turning marketing activities into actual sales.

What you’ll own

- Plan & execute BTL activations across societies, gyms, offices, sports centres and high-potential locations
- Lead promoters and manage end-to-end execution of on-ground activities
- Drive customer interactions, app orders and conversions from every activation
- Track activity-wise performance and continuously improve conversions
- Build local partnerships and identify recent activation opportunities
- Connect with HR/Admin teams at corporates for employee activations,

What we’re looking for

- 1–3 years of experience in BTL, field marketing or field sales
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable working extensively on-ground
- Ability to lead promoters and independently execute activities
- Most importantly, a sales-first mindset. We care about the outcome, not just the activity.
