Role Description The Field Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in the Amritsar/Ludhiana area. This position is responsible for identifying and visiting potential clients, including residential, corporate, and commercial projects, to promote Paudhaawala’s plant and planter solutions. Daily tasks include generating leads, conducting product demonstrations, managing sales presentations, and building strong relationships with customers and channel partners.

The role involves negotiating pricing and terms, closing sales, tracking orders, and providing post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction.

The Field Sales

Executive will also gather market insights, maintain accurate sales reports, and collaborate with internal teams to meet revenue and growth targets.

Qualifications

- Proven field sales experience, preferably in lifestyle, home décor, horticulture, or related products.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for engaging diverse customer segments.
- Ability to build and manage client relationships, negotiate deals, and close sales effectively.
- Basic understanding of plants, landscaping,



or green living solutions, or willingness to learn quickly.
- Comfort with local travel in the Amritsar/Ludhiana area and visiting client sites regularly.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in maintaining sales records and using smartphones or basic digital tools for reporting.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or related field is an advantage.
- Prior experience in B2B or B2C sales and fluency in local language(s) and English will be beneficial.
