The Role

We are looking for a driven Sales Executive to identify, visit, and grow industrial clients across Vapi and South Gujarat. You will promote our lubricant range, build lasting customer relationships, close sales against targets, and represent Comet Lubricants professionally in the field.

What You'll Do

✅ Identify and develop new business opportunities and generate B2B leads

✅ Visit prospective and existing customers regularly as per a planned route

✅ Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable lubricants

✅ Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales against monthly targets

✅ Build long-term relationships with clients at all levels, from operators to owners

✅ Provide post-sales support and follow up on repeat orders and payments

✅ Coordinate with dispatch, accounts, and stores for timely order processing and delivery

✅ Track market trends, competitor products, and pricing,



and share feedback with management

✅ Maintain accurate sales records and submit daily visit and periodic sales reports

What We're Looking For

✅ Solid B2B/industrial sales and business development skills

✅ Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

✅ Basic commercial acumen: pricing, margins, and market trends

✅ Strong organizational skills to manage visits, pipelines, and deadlines

✅ Comfort with CRM, Excel/Google Sheets, and mobile apps

✅ Bachelor's degree in business, commerce, engineering, or a related field (diploma holders with strong experience also considered)

✅ Willingness to travel extensively in the region, with own transportation (two-wheeler preferred) and a valid driving licence

Preferred: Experience in industrial products or lubricants, knowledge of the Vapi / South Gujarat market, and Gujarati, Hindi, and basic English.
