Role Description The Field Recruiter (Drivers/ Delivery Executives) is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role is responsible for sourcing, engaging, and onboarding drivers and delivery executives for UREV’s electric mobility logistics operations. Day-to-day activities include field visits to potential recruitment locations, conducting interviews and assessments, coordinating documentation and background checks, and supporting new hires through orientation and training.
The role involves building relationships with local communities, driving schools, and partner organizations to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified drivers and delivery personnel.
