Role Description The Fashion Stylist at Label It Custom is a part time role based in Bhopal with a hybrid work model, allowing some tasks to be completed from home. In this role, the stylist works directly with clients to understand their preferences, build customized wardrobes, and create cohesive outfits for various occasions. Daily responsibilities include coordinating fittings, recommending styles and accessories, supporting sales activities, and ensuring a positive customer experience in-store and online.

The stylist also collaborates with the team on lookbooks, visual merchandising,



and content ideas that align with the brand’s identity. Regular communication with clients and team members is essential to maintain strong relationships and deliver consistent styling results.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Fashion Styling and Wardrobe coordination skills, with an eye for trends, colors, and fit.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with diverse clients and team members.
- Candidates should possess Sales abilities and a client-focused approach to support product recommendations and closing sales.
- Candidates should possess basic digital literacy, including comfort with online catalogs, messaging tools, and social media platforms.
- Relevant experience in retail fashion, personal styling, or image consulting is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours in a hybrid setup in Bhopal and manage multiple client appointments.
- Formal education in fashion, design, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
